Digital Product Owner - Data Quality H/F

As part of our Regulatory Technology & Excellence function we are seeking a visionary Digital Product Owner to join our multifaceted Regulatory Digital team. This role is pivotal in crafting the future of our digital products ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering outstanding value to users. As a regulatory Digital Product Director you will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT to drive the delivery and development of digital solutions aligned with R&D transformation priorities. You will represent business interests and be accountable for improving the value of the digital products developed. Product Development and Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development from concept to launch.
• Define and communicate detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
• Lead all aspects of the product development lifecycle ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Support rollout and implementation of digital products identifying training approaches tailored to teams and user groups.
• Drive continuous improvement of digital products to maintain business relevance.
• Advocate for the end-user by conducting user research usability testing and collecting feedback.
• Work closely with key business SMEs process owners and training experts to ensure effective user training.
• Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to optimize the user experience.
• Data-Driven Decision Making
• Leverage data analytics and market research to make informed product decisions.
• Conduct regular product performance reviews and present findings to stakeholders.

Degree in Computer Science Life Sciences Business or an equivalent.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner Product Manager or similar role in a digital product development environment. Proficient technical foundation with a thorough understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Outstanding organizational and project management expertise adept at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a track record of successfully delivering digital products.

• Knowledge and/or experience of Regulatory processes and data including data standards and MDM RDM is a plus.
• Passionate about user experience and committed to delivering products that delight customers.
