Were actively seeking a Program Management Analyst to join our team. As an Analyst youll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with other analysts and various business departments including finance manufacturing and supply chain. Your primary responsibility will be to assist programs by providing critical cost tracking data. This role places a strong emphasis on precision and attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and your ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
Prepare task estimates (Labour and Non-labour)Prepare cost analysis spreadsheets per program templates
Support briefings on costs to task leads and program management
Prepare and track customer travel requests
Prepare and track customer material requests
University degree or college diploma in Finance Project Management or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience in planning and project management assignments.
- Ability to apply knowledge and skills to solve business problems.
- SharePoint experience proficient with Excel.
- Understanding of the program management life cycle and associated processes an asset
- It is a requirement that General Dynamics Mission Systems-Canada be registered with the Canadian Controlled Goods program and that all of its workforce be security assessed. Successful applicants must meet all applicable security requirements including but not limited to the ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian government security clearance.
