Heritage College & Seminary is seeking dynamic Regional Hub Coordinators (RHCs) to serve as relational bridges between Heritage and local churches across Canada.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, RHCs play a vital role in connecting churches with Heritage’s educational resources, identifying and encouraging prospective students, and supporting pathways that allow students to pursue theological study while remaining actively engaged in local church ministry.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in relational, travel-focused work, enjoys independent responsibility, and desires to see Christ-centered leaders equipped for faithful service. Clearly articulate the value of theological education, communal learning, and church-based formation in ways that inspire and equip.

Regional Hub & Enrollment Support
- Support the development and sustainability of regional hub sites, enabling students to participate in live courses—both in person and online—within a community setting.
- Contribute to regional growth by promoting increased enrollment and credit hours across hub sites.
Travel & Work Expectations
- Extensive regional travel is required, typically four days per week.
- One day per week is dedicated to administrative, planning, and reporting work, which can be completed from a home office.
- Evening or overnight travel may occasionally be required.
Deep commitment to the local church and passion for equipping churches to disciple faithfully.
- Recognition that effectiveness depends on the work of the Spirit in church leaders and students, paired with personal excellence and faithfulness.
- High emotional intelligence, relational awareness, and the ability to build trusting relationships with church leaders and ministry partners.
- Experience in theological education and local church ministry.
- Comfortable working independently in a travel-intensive, non-office-based role.
- Creative and proactive problem-solving abilities with strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Undergraduate degree is an asset.
