Office Assistant & Safety Administrator

The General Office Administrator role supports sales operations, accounts receivable, and general office administration requirements. This role works closely with sales, shipping, and management as well as provides back-up reception support.
Provide general administrative support to the Administration team.
Maintain filing system and office records.
Communicate effectively with customers, other departments, and management.
Coordinate with sales, shipping, and other departments when required.
Verify and record daily deposits.
Maintain filing and general office needs.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets and analysis of data as required.
Provide back-up reception support (phones, greeting visitors)
Complete local business errands (valid driver’s license required) & other duties as assigned.
Effective communication and customer service skills in English (Low-German is an asset)
Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Outlook and experience in front reception duties.
This is a full-time position, located at our Head Office in Winkler, MB.
