Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the right automotive parts and accessories based on their needs.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, providing product information, and offering recommendations.
Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demands.
Place orders with suppliers, track shipments, and verify received parts for accuracy and quality.
Conduct regular stock checks and perform inventory management duties, including restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized parts department.
Utilize computer systems and software to process transactions, generate invoices, and track orders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and advancements in automotive parts and accessories.
Proven experience working as an Automotive Parts Consultant or in a similar role within the Automotive industry is considered an asset.
Knowledge of automotive parts, components, and accessories across various vehicle makes and models.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers.
Proficient in using computer systems and software for inventory management and sales transactions.
