Finance & Events Coordinator

Planned is an event management platform that helps companies streamline their meetings & events booking process. We make it easy for anyone to plan successful events while giving finance teams the visibility and control they need to maximize their budget. The Event Manager is a client-facing role focused on helping our enterprise clients plan and execute successful events using Planned. You’ll guide clients from the moment an event is requested through to completion, acting as a trusted partner and ensuring they feel confident every step of the way.
Own client events from start to finish, acting as industry expert in corporate events and meetings
Review event briefs and help identify the best vendors or venues based on client needs and budget
Ensure a seamless experience and bridge gaps between the tech and the customer experience
Coordinate event logistics, timelines, budgeting, and invoicing with support from internal tools and teammates
2+ years of experience in client-facing roles (customer success, hospitality, events, sales, support, or similar)
~ Experience planning events (corporate, school, personal, etc) is a strong bonus!
