Full Time Office Administrator: Permanent

ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual preferably working towards or have already completed an administration certificate, diploma or degree. You must be able to work with minimum supervision, and as part of a multi-disciplined team.

This is a permanent full-time position based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This position is responsible for the day-to-day administrative support.

REQUIREMENTS

Superior adaptability to changing conditions.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills with ability to comfortably deal with multiple demands to achieve tight deadlines.

Strong planning skills to determine and meet objectives.

High degree of accuracy and reliability.

Knowledge of basic accounting theories, principles and practices are an asset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Communication: answering phones, managing emails, greeting visitors, handling mail.

Scheduling & Coordination: booking meetings, managing calendars, arranging travel.

Document Management: preparing reports, organizing files, data entry.

Office Operations: ordering supplies, handling invoices, supporting general office needs.

Team Support: assisting owners, managers and other staff.

You will be part of a team that includes working closely with the head office in Regina, Saskatchewan. Regular virtual and the occasional in-person meetings might be needed.
