As a London Drugs Pharmacy Manager it means providing a community-oriented working environment that fosters professional excellence. Pharmacy Managers are responsible for providing professional leadership to the Pharmacy Department. The Pharmacy Manager will ensure that the pharmacy maintains high standards of practice providing exceptional pharmacy services and operates efficiently. The Department Manager is responsible for hiring scheduling and payroll as well as the ongoing training and development of staff in the Pharmacy Department.
Pharmacy technicians and state-of-the-art technology are used to relieve pharmacists from routine tasks and allow them to concentrate on practicing pharmacy. You are interested in disease management and compliance programs as well as being involved with community seminars and workshops. Minimum Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with 1 - 2 years of community pharmacy experience.
Strong working knowledge of all aspects of the pharmacy business.
Good communication skills and excellent customer and staff relations.
Ability to lead a team and have a coaching management style
Strong computer skills.

Compensation: $63.64 - $67.55 per hour
