The Project Manager is a strategic builder and change agent responsible for leading multiple remote hospitality sites. This role designs and implements scalable systems, drives performance improvement, and ensures alignment with corporate, regional, and client standards. Success is measured through system effectiveness, KPI achievement, and the ability to lead projects that enhance service delivery, workforce engagement, and financial outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in hospitality or remote site management, with strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to thrive in dynamic, challenging environments.

This is a safety-sensitive position requiring drug and alcohol testing as a condition of employment. Process Design & System Implementation

• Innovation: Minimum two process improvement initiatives launched annually; positive client scorecard trends across sites

Standardize SOPs, reporting tools, and service models across sites

Lead change management initiatives to improve service delivery and efficiency

Build and deploy operational systems aligned to corporate/client standards

Monitor KPIs and coach site leaders to meet targets

Launch improvement projects with clear metrics and timelines

Analyze site-level data to identify trends and opportunities

Lead emergency preparedness planning and training

Manage regional budgets and P&L performance

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of progressive management experience in hospitality or remote camp operations, including oversight of catering, housekeeping, janitorial, and maintenance services.

Education: Post-secondary education in business, hospitality, facilities/operations management, or related field. Trades or technical certifications are an asset.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with hospitality or facility management software.

Financial & Operational Acumen: Proven ability to analyze budgets, forecasts, and schedules to optimize service delivery and control costs.

Adaptable, resourceful, and experienced in the unique challenges of remote northern environments, including occasional travel to multiple sites

Project-based role with primary work in Nunavut (e.g., 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off or similar), flexibility for remote work when not on-site.

Ability to work long shifts and rotational schedules.

Resilience under isolation conditions—long periods away from home with limited external contact.

Occasional travel to other projects across Canada.

Fly-in/fly-out arrangement; shared accommodations and meals provided while on-site.

Extended periods away from home with possible weather-related travel delays.
