Machine Learning/AI Scientist

ELITS is now looking for a AI & LLM Developer for our operations in Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto .
Develop, deploy, and maintain AI Gateway and related AI/ML services. • Configure, deploy, and optimize LLMs and AI pipelines for production workloads. • Collaborate with coworkers in the AI & Data team and other engineering groups to integrate AI services across the cloud platform. • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and operational processes for AI services. • Maintain and operate AI infrastructure on Linux systems with proper monitoring and observability. • Develop services using TypeScript and Rust, with a strong willingness to learn Rust if not already experienced; Python experience is also valued. • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.
Strong experience with TypeScript development. • Basic proficiency in Rust and Python is preferred. • Hands-on experience with LLM deployment, configuration, and usage. • Knowledge of Linux systems, SQL , and DevOps practices. • Familiarity with AI/ML service integration. • Experience contributing to open-source AI/ML frameworks. • Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability for AI workloads.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience and training. • Any relevant certifications are considered an asset.
