En tant que télé-intervieweur·euse à distance , votre responsabilité sera de fournir le plus haut niveau de service à nos client·es dans le secteur de l’assurance. En travaillant de la maison, votre mandat principal sera de remplir des questionnaires sur l’historique médical et le mode de vie au téléphone avec des requérant·es d’assurance et de prendre des rendez-vous d’entrevues téléphoniques. Vous serez connecté·es en ligne avec tous les membres de votre équipe. Vous contribuerez à créer un environnement d’équipe positif et à maintenir nos standards de qualité. Vous jouerez un rôle majeur pour fournir un niveau de service à la clientèle qui créera la meilleure expérience possible pour nos client·es.
Statut-Permanent a temps plein
Horaire- M ardi au vendredi-13h00 a 21h00 et Samedi 9h00 a 17h00

En tant que télé-intervieweur à distance, vous ferez partie de notre équipe de centre d’appels, et vous nous aiderez à fournir un service de qualité à nos clients du secteur de l’assurance, et à leurs requérant·es d’assurance. Interviewer les requérant·es pour collecter un historique médical et de leur mode de vie en complétant des questionnaires d’assurance
- Compétence démontrée avec Word, Excel et Outlook à un niveau intermédiaire
Capacité de parler avec confiance au téléphone et d’écrire simultanément
Toute autre langue parlée et écrite
Intérêt dans l’apprentissage continu
