As our innovative business continues to rapidly grow, we are seeking a full time Meat Cutter at our Richmond location. If you can work in a cool, wet, fast-paced environment and under pressure with minimal supervision, we would love to hear from you!
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm
Salary: $24/hr (paid weekly!)
Cut beef, lamb, poultry or pork into primal cuts for further cutting, processing or packaging as per customer's specifications.
Estimate by eye or by feel the weights of meat cuts to ensure they meet the customer’s specifications;
Perform a “cutting test” that is used to monitor the quality of meat and the workers' trimming skills.
Must be able to work holidays and overtime as required.
