En tant que Chef des Opérations vous serez responsable de la protection des actifs de JYSK et de la réduction des pertes grâce à une exécution efficace des politiques et procédures de prévention des pertes en magasin. Vous aiderez également léquipe de direction du magasin à inculquer les valeurs de lentreprise et les promesses des clients au sein de léquipe et en magasin.
Suivre toutes les politiques de prévention des pertes et de contrôle clés pour réduire les pertes
Commande hebdomadaire pour vous assurer davoir un inventaire suffisant
Suivre les procédures appropriées douverture et de fermeture du magasin y compris les contrôles dalarme et les marches de sécurité
Un excellent ensemble davantages pour les collègues à temps plein (soins médicaux soins de la vue et soins dentaires)
Des réductions auprès de détaillants locaux et nationaux sur (les téléphones portables les abonnements à des salles de sport les billets de spectacle les hôtels etc.) Flexibilité pour travailler sur divers quarts de travail y compris les soirs et les fins de semaine au besoin
- 2 ans dexpérience en gestion de commerce de détail et service à la clientèle
- Diplôme détudes secondaires ou équivalent est préférable
