Manage the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations.
Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
Oversee budgeting and financial management, including monitoring expenses and revenue.
Coordinate patient scheduling, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing wait times.
Handle human resources functions, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff members.
Collaborate with dental professionals to improve patient care and operational processes.
Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance overall satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a dental office management role is must
Strong understanding of budgeting principles and financial management
Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry is essential.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient interaction.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks.

Pay: $35.00-$42.00 per hour
