Counter Sales Assistant

Inside salesperson Status: Regular, Full time Location: Ottawa, Ontario Interested?
Monday to Friday.
Known customer base, reliable and high-quality products.
Experience in B2B sales.
- People person who puts customer satisfaction at the centre of every decision.
- Manage and prioritize customer requests coming through various channels (email, phone and online sales).
Respond to customer needs and find appropriate solutions, based on the circumstances. Follow up as necessary and promptly inform key personnel of customer feedback (prices, products, service, etc.).
Maximize sales to customers; Work closely with outside sales staff.
May be required to negotiate special prices and terms with customers
