Membership Coordinator (Full-time)

Job Responsibility:
Duties
Sell memberships
Answer membership inquiries, schedule and provide facility tours, follow up with prospects by phone and email.
Report equipment and facility maintenance issues
Maintain upkeep of the gym during shift
Resolve members concerns
Checking in members
Support for club marketing events and promotions
Book fitness consultations for new members
Keep club signage and marketing boards up to date
Skills
Customer service experience required
Strong computer and organizational skills
Passion for Fitness and living a healthy lifestyle
Outgoing positive personality and sales skills
Must be live close to gym to apply
Post secondary diploma in Health and Wellness considered an asset

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
