As a valuable member of the Food & Beverage Warehouse team you will assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing and leading the warehouse area at the Scotiabank Arena ensuring the delivery of winning fan service to all guests. Please note the shifts for this role will vary and could be in the morning afternoon or evening.

• Coach and motivate the Warehouse team.
• Oversee the accuracy and efficiency of inventory and order picking using our Inventory System.
• Oversee the distribution of product throughout the building.
• Ensure prompt and friendly service to internal customers with a do what it takes approach.
• Assist the Food & Beverage team in the smooth running of events.
• Administer and maintain stock control.
• Carry out the administrative functions pertaining to daily operations hiring scheduling payroll performance reviews coaching counseling and discipline posting of invoices transfers and weekly inventories.
• Adhere to MLSE service standards and policies.
• Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as requested .

• Previous Supervisory experience in a unionized and/or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends evenings and holidays.
• Intermediate to advanced skills using Excel Word and Inventory Control Software.
• Smart Serve and ServSafe NFSTP or equivalent.
• A proactive approach toward day-to-day activities and shifting demands.
• Must be able to lift large 25-50 lb items consistently throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Must be able to stand and walk for a prolonged period of time during a shift.
• Must be able to work in various work conditions dealing with extreme heat or cold indoors and outdoors.
