Office Clerk (temporary)

Our client in Pointe Claire is currently looking for a temporary office clerk to join there team for a 6 month contract as they have several documents and files to overlook and scan. Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (Flexible)

Contract for 6 months with possibility of extension

Free parking on site

Scanning documents into digital formats.

Sorting and separating pages of documents.

to access files and operate office equipment (including laptop, scanner and printer).

Must be able to lift and move documents up to 20 pounds in the office.
