Operation Management Specialist

As a Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the success of the company.

Acting as their primary operational contact, you will ensure partners are effectively onboarded, trained, and supported throughout their opportunities and projects.

Working closely with both channel partners and internal teams, you'll help ensure projects move smoothly while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and alignment with processes and standards.

Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (Flexible start time)

Office & Logistics Management: Oversee daily office operations, inventory, equipment procurement, supply stocking, and mail/shipping logistics.

Maintain, update, and organize standard operating procedures (SOPs), digital file systems, internal databases, and company archives.

Administrative Operations: Draft internal communications, prepare routine operational reports, coordinate schedules, and assist with meeting setups and event logistics.

Coordinate with Engineering, Logistics, Finance ,Warehouse, and other departments as needed to resolve partner inquiries and support project execution.

Process and track orders, change requests, and project updates.

College or university degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Familiarity with project management tools and basic database management.

Bilingualism in English and French. An advanced level of English is required.

English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis
