As a Concourse Security Guard, there is a high focus on Observation, Visible deterrence and de-escalation since you will be working with people all shift, in a Concourse environment
Hourly wage of $ 16.60
Permanent Positions we are looking to fill
P1: Monday to Thursday (2030-0045) & Saturday (0630-1430)
Responsibilities for Skywalk Security Guard
Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches.
Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence
Observe all the territory and check is the site completely secured
Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols to maintain site security.
Maintain a confident and customer-service-focused approach at all times.
Perform routine environmental checks, including looking for water leaks, unusual noises, and other hazards.
Qualifications for Skywalk Security Guard
Hold a valid Manitoba security license
First aid certification an asset
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
Previous experience as Tactical Security Guard (asset)
