Sales Specialist Retail F/H

FTG Foods Canada Ltd. is a fast growing food manufacturing company specializing in Filipino hotdogs and other specialty meats. We are currently hiring for a sales operation representative to manage sales operations in Edmonton and nearby municipalities.
Account Management
Developing strong relationship with the customers, connecting key personnel (Buyers for Retail Stores, specifically in the frozen and meat section) and prepares sales report
Making sure pricing strategy is implemented and promoting suggested retail price
making sure that products are displayed properly in the freezer space making it appealing to customers
provide customer service to retail store owners by addressing issues, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Sales & Marketing
checking promotional sales
implementing marketing strategies (free demo events)
collect market research data (competitors, opportunities in the market to help the product development team)
Basic office skills (E-mail, MS Word and Excel)
Proven work experience as a sales personnel in the Fast Moving Consumer Group ( FMCG)
Understanding of Sales principles and customer service practices
With Eligible credentials ( ie work permit) to work in Canada
Must be fluent in English and Filipino. Knowing how to speak mandarin will be an advantage.
Flexibility regarding remote work, include potential overnight stays in territories.
Achieve Sales, Collection, and Distribution targets set by the company
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Keep company abreast of market situation and competition through prompt reporting and Communication.
Compensation: Part Time (20Hrs), 3 days per week (Anyday from Wed-Sat, 9am-5pm), $1250/month, gas allowance provided.
