In this position, you will focus on building strong client relationships, delivering expert advice, and driving business growth. Partnering with clients to understand their life and financial objectives, conducting in-depth financial reviews, and fostering long-term connections through ongoing support and guidance
Leveraging data-driven insights to analyze results, develop recommendations, and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of financial programs, policies, and practices
Monitoring productivity and service delivery, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency, and championing continuous improvement initiatives
Staying informed on industry best practices and emerging trends to ensure you remain at the forefront of financial planning
Upholding a strong culture of risk management and control, aligned with the organization’s risk appetite
Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 3–5 years of experience in banking services, with a track record of managing client relationships and providing tailored investment advice (preferred)
• Willingness to obtain Registered Representative (RR) licensing with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), if not currently licensed
• Commitment to achieving the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation within the first three years in the role.
• Up to 10 years of qualifying work experience
• A genuine passion for financial planning and a drive to help clients realize their financial and life goals

Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities for building lasting client relationships
