Alara (a Fluent Software/Valsoft company) is a full AI-powered dental suite built specifically for specialty dentists — including endodontists, periodontists, orthodontists, and oral surgeons.
The Strategic Partnerships Manager/Head of Partnerships will drive strategic and revenue-generating partnerships that expand Alara’s footprint across the dental ecosystem. This high-impact role focuses on building alliances with dental practice management software companies and technology providers to integrate and distribute Alara’s AI-powered platform through their customer networks.
You’ll play a critical role in defining and executing Alara’s partnership strategy, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver joint go-to-market initiatives and accelerate growth.

Develop and manage partnerships with key practice management software providers and dental technology platforms
Sell and position Alara as a complementary solution to existing software ecosystems
Own the external partnership pipeline—from initial outreach to signed agreements and ongoing relationship management
You are a relationship-driven professional with a deep understanding of the dental technology landscape. Proven experience in SaaS, dental technology, practice management, or healthcare SaaS
Demonstrated success selling into or partnering with dental practices or dental service organizations (DSOs), or similar to
