Our Corporate Finance team in Toronto is looking for a professional like you with the skills and drive to make a real difference.
As an Associate Vice-President , Corporate Finance Inc. you will develop extensive transaction advisory experience through your involvement in the day-to-day execution of our merger, acquisition, divestiture and capital advisory mandates.
Assist in identification of potential acquisition targets, purchasers and/or investors.
Provide analytical and market research information ( i.e. public company pricing multiples, industry research, etc.)
CPA and/or CFA designation required
Post-secondary degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, transaction advisory, or public accounting
Proven track record of project execution in a similar fast-paced professional setting
Strong technical finance proficiency, including knowledge of financial statements and general accounting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Highly motivated, committed, and flexible to work and succeed within changing priorities and strict deadlines.
Attention to detail with proven organizational skills and an ability to solve complex technical problems
The expected base salary range for this position is $98,000 to $131,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. LI-ET1 #LI- Remote #LI-Hybrid
