Part time Production Baker

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a love for creating delicious, high-quality donuts. This role involves not only baking but also decorating and packaging our signature treats to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. This position guarantees a minimum of one shift per week. There may also be opportunities to pick up additional shifts based on availability and business needs.

Friday–Sunday
Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed during the preparation and cooking process.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and reporting needs to management.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow during busy periods.
Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in baking or pastry preparation, is preferred.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment used in baking, such as mixers, ovens, and fryers.
Experience in cake decorating is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes accurately while also being creative in presentation.
