HR Coordinator
Summary Reporting to the HR Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator provides support to the Canadian Human Resources function including benefit administration, employee support, data entry, reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, presentations and general office duties. While the focus of this role is administrative in nature, you will assist with a variety of projects, programs, and communication initiatives.

The successful candidate is agile and adaptable, as the projects and priorities change to meet business needs.

Administer and manage all aspects of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, life insurance, and retirement plans
Ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations related to benefits administration
Complete and process documentation for benefits administration, including pension plans, leaves, and insurance
HR Coordination / Administration
Manage the shared HR email inbox and phone line, organizing and distributing incoming and outgoing tasks based on priority and urgency

Maintain and coordinate employee recognition programs including service awards and other projects as assigned
Manage documents on company intranet through SharePoint
Assist with the administration of HR programs including performance reviews, education reimbursement programs, Respectful Workplace and Code of Conduct annual renewals
Generate reports, metrics, and process employee changes within the HRIS system (SAP / SuccessFactors)
Coordinate and update HR communication materials, including newsletters, slideshows, forms, FAQs, and tip sheets.
HR and payroll employee electronic filing
Other tasks and projects as assigned
Minimum of 2 years of HR coordination/administration experience with a diploma/certification in Human Resources or Business Administration; SAP and/or SuccessFactors experience considered an asset
Strong communication and customer service skills
Fast-paced, collaborative general office environment. Project and task requirements regularly shift and change to meet business needs.
