You love the satisfaction that comes from building and improving products. You have a keen eye for how things should work and you use data to prove (or disprove) your assertions. Collaborate closely with customers, Customer Success, Sales, and the Product team to comprehend requirements and contribute to our product strategy
Draft clear and concise product specifications and work closely with the engineering team to refine these to ensure fast and efficient development
Be opinionated about the product and champion our customers and end-users to deliver the best possible user experience
Build a deep technical understanding of the product to discuss design decisions with engineering
Coordinate all aspects of the projects you are responsible for, through the entire development cycle
Collect and use data to make decisions, which may include complex analyses and A/B testing
Distinctive work experience in building software products
Exceptional attention to detail and focus on quality
Comfortable engaging with customers and senior executives
Technical background, demonstrated through a degree in computer science or engineering, or alternatively through relevant work experience

We're a remote-first company that encourages our employees to work from where they're most productive. For most, this means working from the comfort of their home, but for those who prefer to work from our office, we're located in downtown Toronto at Bay and Bloor, with convenient access to both subway lines.
