Senior Project Management Officer - (m/w/d)

As our Senior Project Manager you will manage the design, development, delivery and support of our products in Canada. You will be a key member of the SEA Canada team, working closely with our customers and our teams in Canada and the UK to deliver and support highly engineered naval systems, and build our Canadian business.
Lead and manage projects of the highest risk and complexity throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Support Business Development, including the management of proposals and bids.
Deep knowledge of the full range of project management competencies including: financial management; earned value management; risk and opportunity management; and supplier and subcontractor management.
Experience of managing the development and delivery of complex products and systems through the full engineering lifecycle, ideally within the Canadian defence environment.
Hands-on experience of working with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project Online, including the ability to use advanced features when necessary.
Knowledge of highly engineered naval systems and the maritime domain would be an asset.
An excellent communicator and able to demonstrate both effective change and conflict management with highly developed influencing skills
Project Management Professional Certification would be an asset.
Must have, or be able to secure, a Canadian security clearance.
