Regional Sales Manager - HVAC

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is partnered with one of Saskatchewan’s leading HVAC equipment supplier and are searching for their new Aftermarket HVAC Sales Lead. In this role, you will oversee the Aftermarket Sales Division, guiding its efforts to expand both equipment and service sales. You’ll work directly with customers, nurturing established relationships, identifying new opportunities, and implementing sales initiatives that support outstanding customer service and long-term growth.

Eager to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
Post-secondary education in mechanical engineering, mechanical technology, business, or a journeyperson certificate in plumbing, refrigeration, sheet metal is an asset.
HVAC, or other Aftermarket sales experience is an asset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with general office practices and competent computer skills
