- Drafting Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, and commercial invoices.
- Organizing shipping logs and digital files for auditing and billing purposes.
- Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure orders are picked, packed, and labeled correctly.
- Vendor Relations: Negotiating contracts and service rates with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Reverse Logistics: Managing the process of customer returns, repairs, or recycling
- Stock Reconciliation: Verifying that physical inventory matches the data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Min 2 years Logistics Coordinator experience
- proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel
