Solution Architect (H/F) remote

Were building a relationship-oriented bank for the modern world. As a Solution Designer in the team you will support technology strategy and roadmap building lead technical design and delivery modernize and maintain critical Banking Center applications. Youll be at the heart of CIBCs digital transformation successfully delivering complex enterprise-scale projects involving multiple back-end systems.
Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.
Understand the business requirements and translate them into system and application design that is aligned with our technology and document the technical functionality infrastructure interfaces and integrations. Lead the design of cost-effective and innovative solutions to meet both business objectives and the goal of operational the team on how to leverage AI for improving processes and deliverables
Lead multiple complex technology solutions while maintaining consistency across the platform adopting best practices and pushing forward continuous improvements. Lead strategic initiatives by paving the way for the team with innovative solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Act as thesolutionlead and interface with the working teams by driving and moderating design review sessions to walk stakeholders through and ensure that the overall design aligns with business requirements as well as architectural directions. You can demonstrate 10 years of working experience in design large enterprise scale applications ideally with technologies such as Java Spring Spring Boot and JavaScript. You have experience assessing technical information and developing solutions that meet business needs while improving operational effectiveness. Proven AI adoption in day-to-day work. You have experience with Cloud development Agile Delivery and/or DevOps .
