Job Information Job Title: Internal Communications Officer
Community: Yellowknife
The Internal Communications Officer is responsible for developing and delivering effective internal communication strategies that engage employees, align with company values, and support organizational goals. This role ensures employees are informed, motivated, and connected by managing key communication channels, creating compelling content, and facilitating two-way communication across departments and leadership levels.
Shape and execute a comprehensive internal communication strategy that supports organizational goals.
Create, curate, and deliver compelling content across internal channels.
Develop, manage, and continuously enhance the WSCC¿s internal communications portal to ensure it is engaging, user-friendly, and up to date.
A degree in communications, marketing or public relations or a related area, with three (3) years of directly related experience in a related field.
