Job Responsibility:
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Saw Operator to work at our client's location.
Location: Concord
Duties
Operate saws and cutting equipment to cut materials as per project specifications.
Utilize hand tools and power tools for fabrication tasks.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings using AutoCAD when necessary.
Measure materials accurately using calipers and other measuring instruments.
Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and minor repairs.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Assist in the organization of the warehouse, ensuring materials are stored properly.
Requirements
Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
Proficiency in operating CNC machines is a plus.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and machining processes is essential.
Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints, with knowledge of AutoCAD being advantageous.
Able to do General labour duties
Experience operating forklifts is desirable but not mandatory; training may be provided.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during shifts.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
