Full time dispatcher

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Efficiently manage your assigned territory
Maximize truck loading under your responsibility
Monitor the status of ongoing deliveries and pickups to meet client commitments and deadlines
Coordinate operations with the lead dispatcher while maintaining strong communication with the logistics team
Serve as the point of contact for drivers
Track the inventory of trailers left at client sites
Perform any other related duties as assigned

PROFILE SOUGHT

Bilingual (spoken and written)
A good level of English is required in order to communicate both verbally and in writing with our English-speaking partners.
Organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills and approachable personality
Experience in a similar role (an asset)
Fast computer skills
Strong knowledge of geography

WORK SCHEDULE

~ Monday to Friday, from 7:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
