CPP Investments
Le programme danalystes en rotation du CPA dInvestissements RPC vise à attirer former et retenir des étudiants de haut calibre qui souhaitent obtenir le titre de CPA au sein de notre service des Finances et du Service juridique. Investissements RPC est une organisation agréée par CPA Ontario et les analystes en rotation effectueront deux rotations dans des groupes admissibles sur une période de trois ans. Les affectations se font au sein de différentes équipes des Finances et du Service juridique (Assurance et services-conseils). Les rotations sont attribuées en fonction des besoins organisationnels et de votre développement des compétences clés et elles offrent une expérience et un mentorat suffisants pour obtenir votre titre de CPA. Les analystes en rotation acquerront des compétences fonctionnelles et en leadership et après avoir complété avec succès les deux rotations ils seront intégrés à temps plein dans lun des groupes admissibles.
En tant quanalyste en rotation vous participerez à un programme qui va au-delà des aspects techniques pour inclure une formation formelle un apprentissage en milieu de travail du mentorat et une gestion du rendement significative. Vous ferez partie du programme LAUNCH dInvestissements RPC destiné aux nouveaux diplômés conçu pour vous aider à découvrir différentes stratégies exigences techniques et approches de réflexion nécessaires pour réussir au sein de lorganisation. Vous développerez rapidement vos connaissances et votre expertise grâce à des formations axées sur les compétences et à des mandats stimulants sur le terrain dans un environnement performant et collaboratif avec des collègues qui sont des experts de premier plan dans leur domaine.
Effectuer deux rotations au sein déquipes différentes vous donnera une excellente compréhension de vos compétences de vos intérêts et de vos passions tout en vous permettant de bâtir votre carrière à Investissements RPC. Vous aurez accès à nos modules de formation en ligne à nos programmes de remboursement des frais de scolarité et à un réseau mondial demployés qui dépasse le cadre de votre travail quotidien. Finances
Le service des Finances permet à lorganisation de prendre de meilleures décisions daffaires tout en veillant à maintenir un haut niveau de rigueur dans la gestion financière. Il est responsable de la stratégie de production de rapports financiers de la planification dentreprise et financière des évaluations de la mesure du rendement et dautres formes danalyse de gestion des contrôles financiers et de la gouvernance fiscale.
Service juridique (Assurance et services-conseils)
Le principal objectif du Service juridique (Assurance et services-conseils) est de fournir à la haute direction et au comité daudit dInvestissements RPC une assurance indépendante et raisonnable quant à la pertinence et à lefficacité du système de gouvernance de gestion des risques et de contrôles internes de lorganisation.
Les candidats inscrits à un programme de premier cycle ou détudes supérieures souhaitant obtenir leur titre de CPA et pouvant commencer à travailler à lautomne 2026 sont admissibles à poser leur candidature.
Les candidats doivent démontrer un solide dossier de réussite scolaire tout en ayant su équilibrer leurs activités parascolaires.
Les candidats doivent allier énergie enthousiasme et curiosité intellectuelle tout en démontrant un intérêt marqué pour la comptabilité la finance et lanalyse.
Un diplôme détudes supérieures en comptabilité ou léquivalent des modules du programme de CPA doit être complété avant la date dentrée en fonction.
