Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis, Operations

Requirements

Handle day-to-day bookkeeping: AP/AR, invoicing, payment processing
Perform bank feed matching and monthly account reconciliations
Process semi-monthly payroll (Wagepoint, Square)
Maintain accurate financial records across multiple business units
Prepare financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Get involved with Financial Planning & Analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
Support day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency across departments.
Assist in developing and improving internal processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate operational tasks such as scheduling, resource allocation, and vendor management.
Maintain organized records, documentation, and filing systems (digital and physical).
Provide professional written and verbal correspondence with clients, staff, and external partners.
Assist in onboarding new employees, managing office supplies, and overseeing facility needs.
Coordinate with leadership to support strategic planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Help monitor key operational metrics and flag issues that require attention.
Coordinate team communications and support cross-department collaboration.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Finance, Operations and/or a similar role
Strong knowledge of office management procedures and accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
