On site – Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
Prepare doughs and batters for pies, breads, rolls, pastries, muffins, cookies, and cakes based on recipes or custom orders
Bake prepared doughs and batters to achieve proper quality and consistency
Ensure all products meet established quality standards
Plan production schedules to determine the type and quantity of items to produce
Purchase and manage baking ingredients and supplies
Oversee the display and sale of baked goods when required
Hire, train, and supervise bakery and kitchen staff as needed
