VP of Finance Planning & Analysis

In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Managing Director and other functional leaders to drive financial planning, analysis, and insights. Your expertise will be crucial in budget oversight, reporting, and fostering a high-performing finance team. You will champion financial governance and ensure collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
- Spearhead budget and forecasting activities
- Oversee monthly performance reporting
- Enhance data quality and analytics capabilities
- Recruit and develop a top-tier finance team
Requirements:
- CPA or equivalent accounting designation needed
- 15+ years of accounting experience required
- Minimum 8 years in a managerial capacity
- Experience in financial system management
- BA/BS in Finance or related field preferred
