Our client is expanding its North American business development team and is seeking a commercially savvy Business Development Manager to support ambitious growth plans.

This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, customer engagement, and innovation, with responsibility for:
Building and managing a high-quality customer pipeline
Preparing and presenting business cases to senior leadership
Negotiating long-term partnerships
Translating market and consumer insights into growth strategies
This position is ideal for sales professionals seeking growth opportunities, with experience in pharma, nutraceuticals, FMCG, or CDMO environments and who enjoy owning their portfolio and working cross-functionally.
