Job Summary:
The Solution Architect will provide technical leadership for data integrity and consistency throughout a solutions lifecycle with a focus on data and application migration of legacy systems (including older SAP versions). This role involves defining and implementing data migration strategies leading data assessment and mapping activities and ensuring the successful transition of data into new systems.

Responsibilities:
- Application and data migration of legacy systems (including older versions of SAP).
- Definition and implementation of data migration strategies.
- Identification and qualification of source data.
- Leading data assessment and mapping activities.
- Architecting the data migration framework.
- Providing technical leadership on the use of technology platforms and tools for data profiling and migration.
- Planning and managing the efforts of technical developers.
- Setting up data staging environments for data cleansing.
- Leading the Data Management Workstream.
- Creating Data Strategy Data Cleansing Data Migration/Conversion Strategy and Data Volume Management Strategy.
- Defining the data migration strategy and data migration tools.
- Developing ETL transformation/enrichment programs and schemas.
- Outlining data cleansing according to business logic.
- Responsible for data migration verification and testing.
- Working with Leads and internal staff to extract data from legacy systems.
- Developing Data Volume strategy.
- Working with Business Data Owners to define dataset structure and data usage.
- Creating Master Data change processes and tools.
- Ensuring Master Data Management satisfies business strategy.
- Providing support to data management improvement initiatives.
- Creating and enforcing Master Data Management policies and procedures.
- Providing requirements to Master data governance strategy/plan.
- Defining policies and tools for master data management processes.
- Accepting responsibility for master data operations.
- Defining security standards and measures for data security.
