Barrie Ford is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.
Barrie Ford is growing, and we are looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join one of Ontario’s top-performing Ford dealerships.

Automotive sales experience is an asset, but the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are even more important.
As a Sales Consultant at Barrie Ford, you will:
Assist customers with new and pre-owned vehicle purchases
Follow up with internet leads, phone leads, showroom guests, and past customers
Build long-term relationships with clients
Work with sales managers and the finance team to create a smooth buying experience
Stay engaged with customers before, during, and after delivery
Unrestricted OMVIC license & dealership approval
Minimum High School Diploma
Post-Secondary Education Preferred
Experience in the automotive industry preferred
Previous retail sales/customer service experience required
Winning dealership with strong momentum
Great Ford product lineup, including trucks, SUVs, performance vehicles, hybrids, and EVs
Large new and pre-owned inventory
Strong leadership, training, and support
Established customer base and high traffic location
Opportunity to grow within Barrie Ford and Canada One Auto Group
