Tâches
Lire et interpréter des dessins techniques, des plans, des graphiques et des tableaux
Régler et ajuster les machines/outils de production
Ajuster et assembler les composantes et les pièces détachées de machine pour ajuster les tolérances
Documenter et relever tout écart par rapport aux spécifications et aux tolérances
Tenir des dossiers de contrôle et rédiger des rapports d'inspection
Vérifier les dimensions des outils usinés et des pièces à l'aide d'instruments de mesure de précision (p.ex. micromètre, compas d'épaisseur)
Régler et utiliser des machines-outils conventionnelles et contrôlées par ordinateur
Vérifier, à l'aide d'instruments de mesure de précision, si les dimensions des produits sont exactes et conformes aux spécifications
