Duties include (not limited to):
Greet and check-in patients upon arrival; ensure each visit runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible
Booking appointments over the phone and in-clinic
Faxing, emailing and communicating with patients and physician's offices
Process payments and submit insurance claims (online), as well as follow-ups when required
Working to ensure an overall excellent customer experience for the patient
Light maintenance of reception area and exam rooms
Set up exam rooms and keep them fully stocked; make timely requests for replenishment when needed
Assisting doctor in scribing notes, performing some examination procedures, teaching relevant exercises
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-28 per week
Experience: Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
Education: Secondary School (preferred)
