We are searching for a Van Driver to join our Parkland at Home team based in Halifax Nova Scotia .

Operate the PROVIENCE Food Van from CITY/SITE to CITY/SITE
Loads truck with distribution carts for the satellite sites in an efficient manner according to the approved schedule
Porters carts from trucks to Satellite Site receiver kitchen walk-in refrigerator and stores in an orderly manner
Maintains van in peak operating condition and carries out all prescribed routine maintenance functions.
Maintains van and receiving area at central site in a clean tidy and sanitary condition
In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement collaboration and accountability you bring:
A high-school diploma or equivalent education
Previous experience in transporting fragile and perishable goods considered a strong asset
A clean driving record with a Class 5 Drivers license
Ability to provide a clear Drivers abstract
Ability to provide a clear criminal record check upon hire
A passion for the healthcare sector and ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations services and care
