Project Administration Assistant

Reporting to the Project Director, the incumbent will help coordinate the unit's activities, ensure follow-ups, and perform all other administrative tasks.

Manage all official communications, exchange emails, etc.;

Plan and manage projects;

Collect and monitor accounts receivable;

Enter data into various systems;

DEP (Diploma of Professional Studies) in office automation or any other relevant training;

• 1 to 2 years of experience in administration;
• Ease of working with in-house software;
• Good communication skills, both oral and written Writing;
• Proficiency in the Office suite;
• Flexible schedule (we finish at 12:00 on Fridays!);
