Head of Product Design (F/H)

Knowledgehook

Lead product strategy at Knowledgehook as the Head of Product, focusing on improving educational outcomes through analytical insight and innovative design. This position blends strategic oversight with detailed execution.

In your role as Head of Product, you will drive the development of actionable insights for educators using assessment data. This hands-on position requires you to write user stories, create prototypes, and work closely with teams to launch effective features. By establishing a product roadmap aligned with growth metrics, you will ensure that Knowledgehook's offerings meet the diverse needs of teachers and school leaders across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and communicate product strategy focused on Short Learning Cycles
Create and maintain PRDs and mockups from conception to launch
Collaborate deeply with design and engineering for execution
Prioritize features based on data-driven impact
Utilize feedback from educators to enhance product offerings

Requirements:

8+ years in product management and 3+ in leadership
Proficiency with user analytics and AI tools
Strong collaboration experience in fast-paced environments
Self-starter with effective multitasking skills
Passion for meticulous documentation and product systems
