As the Manager, Workforce Strategy & Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of workforce planning and productivity. Drive performance and value initiatives across the organization.
Lead strategic projects, including developing a productivity-based labour model in collaboration with industrial engineers.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python.
Project Management: Skilled in managing large-scale projects with competing priorities.
Strong ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Experience in energy, medical, manufacturing, or retail sectors.
