Help Desk Analyst (Temp)

We’re looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented person to come on board as our temporary Help Desk Analyst for a 12-month term at our Conexus West branch in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our teams needing technical support; responding to inquiries, troubleshooting technical and operational issues, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation.

Answering questions and troubleshooting issues related to Conexus West’s standard software and hardware.

Diagnosing and assessing technical concerns, resolving them quickly or directing them to the right team for further support.

Helping minimize downtime by efficiently prioritizing and categorizing incoming requests.

Assisting with learning and training, ensuring employees feel confident using the tools they need.

You are an exceptional communicator with the capability to present ideas in user-friendly language, enabling you to share information effectively and clearly. Your time management and organizational skills allow you to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines efficiently.

Post-secondary education in computer science, information technology, or a related field

• 2+ years of work experience in a related field
• Experience working in a customer service role
• 55,276 - $69,095 with 7.5% Short Term Incentive Target
