Your Role as a Baker
As a Baker at COBS Bread, you’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality bread and pastries from scratch every morning. You’ll work alongside a friendly team, ensuring that our bakery is always stocked with delicious products for our loyal customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery
Provide excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience
Ability to work morning shifts, as early as 4 AM
No prior baking experience is required; we will train the right candidates!

Our training program – robust and ongoing. Continue to develop your baking skills through our Bronze and Silver Bakers Development Qualification program.

Starting hourly wage is $15-$17 depending on experience
