Our Offer to You: Site: Fort McMurray, AB – Maintenance/Turnaround

Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off, 11.5 hours per day (Long-term maintenance rolling into fall shutdown with plentiful overtime)

Travel: Flights provided from Edmonton and Calgary

We are growing our crew for an exciting project at our client site in Fort McMurray, Alberta . Synthesizing information from a variety of sources, including blueprints, plans and written specifications, in order to select proper materials and the amounts needed for a project
Transporting heavy metal pieces from the ground level to a higher location using tools like cranes or working with other team members to help position pieces correctly
Ensuring proper placement, balance, and alignment of structural pieces by using levels, laser tools or plumb bobs
Transforming metal pieces into functional elements that meet the guidelines of the project by cutting materials and using fabrication techniques
Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) Welders’ ticket will also be considered
Apprentice ID
Rigging experience considered an asset
Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol testing
Working both indoors and outdoors in hot and cold weather conditions
Personal safety equipment will be required, e.g. steel-toed safety boots,
